Individual Development

At PlayFutsal, our priority is the individual development of the children taking part in our programmes. Playing Futsal gives children positive early experiences with sport, building a foundation of skills and values that can be applied to countless experiences later in life. By encouraging children to take initiative, be more creative, and work as part of a team, it provides an education that goes far beyond the Futsal pitch.

Developing Players

Every part of our programme is focused on development; every session is planned and delivered with individual progression at the very top of our priorities, PlayFutsal offers inclusive programmes for every player on their unique learning journey and will play an important role in their short, medium & long term development.

Developing Values

Sport plays a key part in instilling good values in children and not only do we place development of players at the top of our priorities, we also place the development of people right alongside. Our programmes will teach every player the importance of being a good team player, a respectful opponent and demonstrating key values in having a brilliant learning attitude.

Developing People

If we develop your child on the pitch & off the pitch, our job has been completed – this is what we strive for across our programmes. We play an important part in the evolution of children and our coaches understand the importance of providing an environment to progress players and people.
Our aim is to positively impact the children participating in our programmes by delivering sessions that are not only focused on developing technical skills, but also improving players, both physically and psychologically.

Each child that joins PlayFutsal will receive an IDP (Individual Development Plan) tailored to their own personal development. Within the IDP, players will be able to fill out self-assessment forms and set their own targets, as well as access rewards pages, home-learning pages and additional notes from PlayFutsal coaches. Players will receive their IDP at the start of the programme to monitor progression throughout their sessions, and coaches will regularly check and update the IDPs to ensure players are progressing
